AI Overview

AIMost players call it easy and linear, best for beginners or pairs, and a fast clear for veterans. The bar set lands well, but the game feels older and some tech can be finicky. GM support ranges from stellar to a bit intrusive, depending on who’s running the shift. Occasional maintenance hiccups cropped up, from a busted phone to a hot room on a bad day.
WeaknessesTech shows its age, and some props act up or need repeats to register. A few teams hit breakdowns that undercut the finale. Experienced groups may finish fast and wish for more content.
StrengthsAtmospheric bar setting with a neat twist keeps the story moving. Puzzles are accessible and mostly logical, so everyone gets to play. Friendly for families and date nights without the pressure cooker vibe.
SecurityStandard briefing and gentle handling of props apply. A few notes about worn items and an isolated AC issue surfaced, but nothing systemic; just go easy on the old-school tech.
Level of fearNot a scary room; think caper, not horror. Aside from a mild jumpy moment or two, it’s kid-friendly.
Actors' gameNo live actors; interaction is through the GM over hints. Many praised attentive hosts, though a few disliked unsolicited nudges.
Quality of riddlesMostly linear, light-to-medium puzzles with tactile, classic beats and a couple clever moments. Inputs can be finicky in spots, but the logic is fair once you spot the next step. Variety is modest and veterans may crave more depth.
PlotYou’re racing to relocate the mob’s stashed cash before the boss gets back from prison. Simple stakes, speakeasy flavor, and a small twist keep the momentum without overcomplicating things.
Difficulty levelEasy for most and a smooth on-ramp for new players; great for groups of two to four. Experienced teams will likely breeze through as a warm-up.

We enjoyed the set and the creative puzzles, but the GMs undercut the experience. We asked for no hints unless needed, yet we were interrupted with guidance that didn’t even address our issue, and later got told exactly what to do. Loved the room itself, hated how it was run that day.

For the first time with this company, I left disappointed. The AC was down so it was uncomfortably hot, and several items—from the gun to switches—were broken. I see the potential, but it needs serious upkeep to justify the price.

Easy, beginner-friendly room with decent immersion. Our group of four finished in about 35 minutes, even after spinning our wheels once or twice. Could use a few more puzzles, and at this location Jumanji and Grandma’s Master Plan still feel like the standouts.

Very linear and pretty short for seasoned players like us, but still satisfying to click through. I’d send newcomers here first—it’s confidence-building without feeling basic.

Even though it’s an older game, the story and puzzles still land. Our GM Quincy was super attentive when something didn’t trigger or we missed a detail. Quick for experienced folks and a great starter for newcomers.

Classic mafia vibe with a cool bar build, but the game shows its age. A few puzzles were finicky and had to be repeated, which soured the mood a bit. Overall it’s easy and linear, great for small beginner groups.

We really liked the space and the tasks, but the phone failed right at the end and we couldn’t properly finish. After working so hard, it felt like the win was taken from us, though our GM was kind and guided us well.

Date-night win. Loved the theme, puzzles flowed, and our GM kept an eye out without overtalking us. I’d recommend it to beginners or anyone wanting a breezy caper.

Atmosphere was on point, but a couple props were touchy and slowed us down for the wrong reasons. Staff tried to help, still a bit frustrating. Fun overall, just needs a tune-up.

Definitely for beginners. We accidentally solved things out of order, which made parts feel disjointed. Still had fun, but we left wanting more and the room could use some upgrades.

Took my teen and tween and they felt like little masterminds. Nothing scary, just a cool vibe and a cheeky surprise that made us laugh. We all contributed, which is rare for us.

Went after dinner with my partner and it scratched the itch perfectly—moody bar set, quick hits of puzzle-solving, and we were out with smiles before dessert. Not hard, just fun.

Beginner-level and a bit old-school in a good way. The props are used cleverly, and it’s easy to miss what’s right in front of you. Speakeasy rooms are common, but this one has a twist that pops.

One of the easier rooms, but surprisingly fun, with puzzles that are the star of the show. Short and sweet, and worth doing.

Nice room for two people. There aren’t tons of puzzles, which I expected, and the old-school feel is charming. Tech had a few wobbly moments, but overall we had a decent time.
