The narration and intro were hard to hear, which subtitles could fix, and a laminated-clue setup limited how many of us could engage at once. The atmosphere and production shine. A few puzzles were unclear in a frustrating way, and the GM accidentally left a stop remote in the room; I pressed it thinking it was part of a puzzle and the game shut down. Not everything reloaded cleanly, which hurt the experience.
