Best room we tried at this venue so far, even with the clutter. It’s linear and locky, which our group likes, and the morgue touches are deliciously gross. Wish they trimmed the red herrings, but we left talking about the story, not the hiccups.

It was fine but veered into fighting physics—several mechanisms needed jostling even when we had the right idea, which was frustrating. The dystopian tie-in to their Agency game is interesting, yet the puzzles feel disconnected from that story. We booked it alongside Ghost of Mentryville; Ghost was the standout, while this and Agency sat near the bottom for me. At least we snagged the weekly leade

We played The Agency and The Hideout and loved that Arcane’s puzzles clue cleanly without leaps. Not easy either. Tough as a duo—we barely missed escaping—and we’re hoping their third room reopens.

The room looks great, but the puzzle logic felt mushy and we kept tripping over red herrings. Halfway through, our motivation dipped because solutions didn’t feel earned. Wouldn’t choose this one again.

Classic escape design where puzzles are the star and the set is secondary. Some tasks are dated, but there’s a lot of tactile play and even a couple near-illusion moments, plus one common puzzle type used brilliantly with tight cluing. The ending hit nicely. It’s aged more than The Hideout and lacks Ghost of Mentryville’s storytelling, but it’s still a solid classic.

It’s a linear track, but the tasks are interesting enough that everyone stays occupied. What stands out is how physical the mechanisms are compared to electronic-heavy rooms. We had four and it got snug, yet there was plenty to do, and the puzzles support the story with a couple of late surprises including a common stumper. If you’re only picking one here, do Ghost of Mentryville first, then circl

The concept is cool, but the flow just isn’t there. There’s so much set dressing and random clutter that it’s hard to tell what matters, and the locks we focused on ended up being hints for puzzles we’d already done. The one tech bit—the printer—was painfully slow.

Slightly above average overall for us. A few things didn’t behave and we needed the GM to sort a stubborn lock, but the design felt immersive for a first‑gen room. The plot clicks better if you’ve done the earlier chapters, yet the backstory brief was enough to follow. No actors, and the scare level fit the setting without overwhelming anyone.
