Absolutely loved this room. A few sequences will rattle nervous players, but nothing felt unfair. The game flows cleanly with no wild leaps, the ambiance tech impresses, and even with a brief tech pause we had a blast. GM Harper nailed the intro, timed hints well, and rescued us from finicky tech without burning clock. We’ll be back.

The puzzle logic didn’t hang together for us. Inputs could eat up time, and when one mechanism didn’t fire on our correct solution, we moved on thinking it wasn’t right. The GM’s hints later felt curt and a bit condescending.

Theming is the star here. A dusty mine opens into a cavern and it looks great, though the thin walls and a walkie-talkie hint system break immersion a bit. Creative puzzles kept us engaged, even if age shows in some props and the final reveal was partially broken.

As one of their earlier builds, the room looks worn and some pieces are loose. Several solves didn’t trigger feedback until we held things in place for a while or re-did steps with no clear signal, which got frustrating. A refresh and mechanism tuning would help a lot.

Some puzzles—especially in the third space—felt on the easy side, but the jump scare absolutely delivered and we all yelled. One first-room lock needs replacing. Cool atmosphere, and the GM was lovely. We’re eyeing the harder zombie room next.

We played as two, one veteran and one newbie. Immersion is great and it’s more detective thriller than horror—maybe two brief scares total. Themed props sometimes made it hard to link clues, and there were more red herrings than I like, but the vintage mechanisms were a treat.

Strong ambiance and décor. Our group of six—mixed experience—escaped in 28 minutes, so I’d call it beginner-friendly. We got a few unsolicited nudges, which was frustrating given our pace, but I still recommend the room and the company overall.
