The Kidnapping

Solid experience that starts in the dark with cuffs and builds a strong mood without crossing into scary. No live actors or jump scares, though reveals can startle. There’s a lot to track, but if you stay organized the flow is good, and I’d recommend a team of three or four.

That cold open in the dark with cuffs was a jolt in the best way. Once we got our bearings, the locks started popping and the pacing felt great. Zero gore, no jump scares, just steady tension and satisfying clicks. Our GM kept hints crisp and timely without overstepping. Would play again with the same squad.

Went as a duo and had a blast. It’s very old-school: lots of padlocks, little tech, tidy logic. Once we noticed the pattern, progress picked up fast. Our host was attentive and friendly.

We tackled this as a pair and had a really good time. The puzzle mix felt varied with a few moments that made us feel genuinely clever, and the set was better than average even if it wasn’t flashy. It’s one room with almost no tech and tons of mechanical locks, and our only real gripe was figuring out which lock each code belonged to, which slowed the flow. I wouldn’t send brand-new players here,

Fun, no-frills escape that plays like a proper train whodunnit. There are lots of clues to connect and plenty of tiny details you can miss if you’re not careful. Totally worth the time.

As a train-mystery nerd, I was in heaven. Clean logic, satisfying reveals, and a steady sense of urgency without jump scares. Our group of mixed experience levels had a blast.

Old-school in the best way. No flashy gadgets, just smart clues that snap together and a moody train vibe the music really sells. We left grinning. Five stars from me.

Solid atmosphere and some neat reveals without being scary. A few puzzles lean on math and memory, so keep someone organized on your team. We escaped with minutes left and big grins.
