The J-Rome Mine

Creative build and a fun run—Ryan did a great job. The mine atmosphere is spot on with loads to discover, and while it’s not high tech, the puzzle count and quality are excellent. New players might need a hint or two, which the friendly GM provides gladly. I’m keen to try their other rooms.

As someone with 100+ rooms, I appreciated the tight theming and logical steps. One puzzle felt a tad opaque until a hint, but the GM’s nudge was spot-on and respectful. Would send enthusiasts here without hesitation.

Great puzzle flow with a couple of neat show moments, but it’s lock city and the spaces are snug. Three or four players felt ideal. Still, theme cohesion was top-tier and worth the detour.

We did this as a date night and loved the story pressure of rescuing the miners. Not flashy tech, just smart, honest puzzles that click. Totally worth the drive and easily one of the better rooms we’ve done this year.

Shockingly immersive for a small-town spot. The mine soundscape, the heat, the dusty props—chef’s kiss. Our GM was quick with gentle nudges, and the finale landed. Would happily recommend to any Sedona trip.

Tiny town, huge surprise. Unique, on-theme puzzles in a small footprint, and I’d cap it at four players. Easily cracked my top 15 out of 200+ rooms.

We expected small-town filler, but got a polished room with a few standout theatrical beats. Definitely worth a stop when you’re in the Sedona area.

Theme rocks, but it was a bit too many padlocks and some crawling around in tight, warm corners. We still escaped, just didn’t love the crowding. Solid experience, not my style.
