We’re avid escapers and this ranked among our least favorite visits. The GMs were kind, but the puzzles were poorly built and two similar-looking elements nearly cost us the win. The story dump was heavy and confusing rather than helpful.

Too many tasks felt like arbitrary riddles with no clear trail from A to B, including moments where you literally say odd words out loud and hope it works. We’ve done hundreds of rooms, and this one played like dream logic more than puzzle logic.

We’ve done 100+ rooms and this was our roughest outing. A teammate joked about picking locks and the GM immediately barked over the radio about damages, then later warned us again over a gentle tug on a lock. As a former GM, I know there are kinder ways to set boundaries. Hints repeated the same cryptic nudge and we didn’t finish.

This was our least favorite at this venue. It’s a simple setup with kids’ toys, a few things were broken, and the flow just wasn’t there. About halfway through we were ready to bail, which has never happened to us before. It needs a serious redesign to make the story and puzzles make sense together.

Gorgeous set, moody lighting, and a big sweeping backstory—right up my alley. That said, the puzzle flow swings from neat mechanisms to head-scratching riddles with fuzzy logic. Our GM was kind and responsive, which helped. Recommend if you’re here for theme first.

Atmosphere nailed it—felt like walking into a wizard den. But several tasks leaned on guess-the-riddle energy, and one sensor seemed flaky. We finished, yet it never clicked the way good logic chains do.

The decor and theming were fantastic, and the staff was genuinely friendly. Opening methods were novel, but the puzzles themselves fell flat and leaned hard on riddles, turning into a guessing game. I’ll try their other rooms, but this wasn’t a strong first impression.

The hints were the same cryptic line over and over, and our GM felt more scolding than supportive. A couple tech triggers didn’t register until we waved at them repeatedly. Cool world, frustrating execution.
