AI Overview

AIReviews rave about the immersive set and the thrill of working on an actual armored vehicle, with high production value across the board. Gameplay leans very physical and often non‑linear, mixing search-heavy tasks with tool use and padlocks. Puzzle logic is hit-or-miss: some groups found it intuitive and fun, others reported counterintuitive steps, broken props, and over-reliance on number locks. Accessibility and cleanliness came up repeatedly, with oil/grease and tight spaces noted; staff help ranged from excellent to underwhelming.
WeaknessesSome props reportedly malfunctioned and a few solves felt random or scavenger-hunty, with many number locks. Oil/grease can stain and the room can feel cramped; a few players felt the price didn’t match the puzzle depth.
StrengthsThe armored truck and chop-shop set feel legit, creating instant buy‑in and adrenaline. Interactive tasks and tech add variety, and several teams loved the finale and overall atmosphere.
SecurityThere’s climbing, crawling, and sliding under the truck, and multiple notes about oil/grease getting on hands and clothes; don’t wear your best outfit. Space is not very accessible and taller or less mobile players may struggle with tight, hot spots and hard edges.
Level of fearNot a horror room and generally kid-friendly, though intense, loud, and very physical. Expect grime, close quarters, and time pressure rather than scares.
Actors' gameGame masters are often called enthusiastic and helpful, nudging groups when stuck. That said, a handful of reviews mention unhelpful guidance or hints coming too late.
Quality of riddlesMostly physical, search-forward, and tied to the environment, with frequent 4‑digit combos. Logic quality varies by group experience; tinkerers had a blast, purist puzzlers sometimes felt steps were counterintuitive. When everything clicks, the flow is satisfying, but reliance on locks and the occasional broken element can stall momentum.
PlotSimple, high-stakes heist: rip open the truck and get the cash before the cops close in. Story is light but the realism of the tasks sells the fantasy, with a payoff some call great and others find muted.
Difficulty levelMid-range overall but variable. Non‑linear search and physical tasks can slow newbies; seasoned puzzlers may breeze parts yet still work for it physically.

The set was striking and there were cool surprises, but the non‑linear flow plus a few counterintuitive steps slowed our experienced team. One puzzle flat-out failed and the GM had to give us the solution, so I wouldn’t rush to recommend it.

Building it around an actual armored car is fun, though you might waste time fiddling with switches that aren’t part of puzzles. The solves themselves were fresh, the final moment was A+, and it’s very physical—tough if you have mobility issues.

The real armored car was cool, but the puzzle logic felt disjointed with not many solves, and maneuvering in the space was uncomfortable. Definitely not accessible for players with physical disabilities.

Immersive, realistic design with a mostly logical mix of searching and solving. Underneath, it’s old-school—lots of padlocks—and being non‑linear was perfect for our duo to split up.

Exactly the gritty heist I wanted—real truck, lots of hands-on steps, and a finale that slapped. Came out sweaty and grinning. Wear junk clothes.

We had a rocky start because we misread an early item, but later got to use a real power tool which hyped up the kids. Very interactive with climbing in and out of the truck and even rolling under it—left me sore after.

All I can say is wow—breaking into a real armored vehicle felt incredible. The opening hits hard, puzzles were fun but challenging, and yeah, don’t wear nice clothes unless you want oil stains.

Super physical and unique, like actually crawling under a truck. Our GM kept us moving without giving away the fun. Would do again with a bigger crew.

The novelty of a real armored vehicle carries the experience. Puzzles generally fit the theme, but codes matched locks mostly by digit count, and there’s a heavy scavenger element.

Great concept, but it leans heavily on number locks and a few bits didn’t totally fit the theme. Once it clicks, it’s on the easier side and still pretty fun.

Set looked awesome and the tools were fun, but it skewed scavenger-y with a ton of number locks. Still enjoyed it, just not a brain-burner.

Parts of the game didn’t trigger right and we had to call for help more than once. Also got grease on my sleeves, so yeah, not ideal.

Top-tier production and a room I genuinely enjoyed. One puzzle didn’t land with our group, but we still escaped with time left after a couple of hints.

If you’re a mechanic, some details will bug you—I chased a real fix and ended up with oil on my hand. The owner said it’s more hide-and-seek with few direct clues. The armored truck is still badass.
