AI Overview

AIReviews consistently rave about immersion, set quality, and a lobby packed with film props. Puzzles are fair and thematic, but the flow is mostly linear and often tied to a single clue book. Difficulty leans moderate-to-easy for veterans, and some teams finish early. Staff are largely praised for energy and costumes, though a few guests found hosting overly strict or a bit chilly, and the laptop hint system can be slow.
WeaknessesRuns short for experienced teams and plays linearly, which can sideline extra players. Heavy reliance on one clue book limits parallel solving. A few reports of strict or less welcoming hosts, and the laptop hint flow can drag.
StrengthsTop-tier theming that genuinely feels like an Egyptian tomb. Clever, logical puzzles supported by solid tech. Engaged staff who bring the story to life, plus a fun pre-show space.
SecurityBriefings are thorough and sometimes strict; follow the rules and you’ll be fine. There’s sand underfoot and low light in places, so closed-toe shoes and steady footing help.
Level of fearMore atmospheric than scary, with no horror elements called out. Family-friendly for teens and up; dim lighting and sand add mood, not fear.
Actors' gameGame masters are enthusiastic and often dress in theme, which boosts the pre/post-game vibe. Interaction during play is mostly through the hint system rather than live acting.
Quality of riddlesPlayers describe puzzles as clever, fair, and varied without repetitive answers. The path is largely linear and book-driven, so smaller teams stay more engaged. Hints are available and on point when needed.
PlotYou’re archaeologists trapped by a deranged colleague in Ankhe-Khunsu’s tomb and racing the clock before the air runs out. The story frames the set pieces cleanly without getting in the way.
Difficulty levelIdeal for beginners and mixed groups; veterans may find it straightforward and a bit short. A small team gets the best flow due to the linear design.

Fun and great-looking, but it’s on the short side. The clue book forces a linear track, so only one or two people can work at once; smaller teams will be happier. Splitting that book into shareable pieces would help.

We had a blast. The design, props, and puzzle solutions are super immersive and all on theme, and hints were there if needed. Pro tip: skip open-toe shoes—there’s sand.

Incredible room and deeply immersive from the first moment. Puzzles are clever without being punishing, and the staff’s enthusiasm sells the story—shoutout to Dawson! Easily among my favorites.

The lobby is a vibe and The Tomb itself is one of the most immersive rooms I’ve done. Gameplay was strong, though our host made us feel more like a hassle than guests.

Super fun but shorter than we expected, and the clue book makes it pretty linear. We finished early with a group of four and wished there was one more layer. Still a good time for a small crew.

Room was awesome and very immersive, but our host felt a bit stiff about the rules, which took the edge off the welcome. Once inside, though, the experience delivered.

Clean tech, logical puzzles, and big tomb vibes. The laptop hint portal is a touch slow, but we barely needed it. Would happily run this one again with first-timers.

Jaw-dropping set, great flow, and the sand detail seals the vibe. Puzzles clicked without being obvious, and the finale landed. Big props to the team for keeping it cinematic from start to finish.

Of the two games we played, this was the standout. The effects are fantastic and it genuinely feels like a pyramid; the puzzles hit just right.

Well-built room with smooth tech and a cool vibe. The laptop-based hint system can eat time, but the clues are fair and satisfying to crack.

Good game with outstanding set pieces, though it runs a bit short and easy if you’ve played a lot. Our host was very strict and vocal about the rules.

Clever and well themed across the board. I just wanted a few more puzzles and a bit more bite, but that’s my taste showing.
