Company Puzzling Escape

This room hit me with a few emotions. The antechamber was cramped and hot, and the puzzle there kind of sidelined us; later, a long ghost sequence spooked me more than I expected. A hidden wall panel totally delighted me, and while I wasn’t sure if I wanted to cheer or grab a drink after, the whole thing was ultimately enjoyable.

Lovely storytelling and tidy puzzle design. The vibe is eerie without being overwhelming, and our group had a blast working together.

Sweet theme, smooth flow, and the team felt dialed in from the start. Not super scary, but the story about Nora carried it for us and the puzzles made sense. Would do again with newbies.

My first escape and I actually felt comfortable the whole time. Clues clicked, staff was kind, and the atmosphere was spooky-cute not nightmare fuel.

That time machine opener hooked me right away, and the story actually carried through. We cruised without getting stuck, and the hidden panel reveal felt great. Wish there were fewer padlocks, but I still walked out smiling.

Took my parents, and the linear path kept everyone engaged. Puzzles leaned easy, and some props could’ve felt chunkier, but the story twist was clever. Solid outing.

Our game master was dialed in the whole time, and the storyline worked for me. Just know it’s a lock-heavy experience with plenty to open. Still, we had a good run.

The set looks fine, but several puzzles felt random for the speakeasy theme. The ghost section dragged for me, and I didn’t love the hint timing. Not bad, just not my style.

Solid room overall; we escaped fast so it never got truly scary. I’d love the scares to build with progress rather than just with time.

Cool narrative touches and set design, and the time machine element surprised me in a good way. Most puzzles were linear and pretty easy to clear. Our GM dropped a couple of hints we didn’t need, which took the edge off the challenge, but overall it was solid.
