We weren’t wowed. It’s a small, minimally themed room that never expands beyond what you see at the start, and the intro about solving eleven puzzles in any order didn’t match how it actually played. I was into it at first, but the second half went sideways. There are lots of puzzles for a 60-minute game, yet they stop feeling intuitive, the hint delivery breaks immersion, and our final lock didn’t work until the GM heard our code and ended it. There was even a brief ghosty beat that never went anywhere.

New ownership is noticeable, but not in a great way—everything reads as overdue for a refresh. The safe door looks cool, yet we wasted ages cycling through tiny keys in a mess of locks, which isn’t a puzzle. Worn numbers already give answers away, and not fixing them makes it seem like player experience isn’t a priority.

Atmosphere is ace and the staff were awesome from start to finish. We liked the variety of locks and the steady pace, and our small team felt engaged the whole time. Minor nit: I’d swap in stronger lights. Otherwise, super fun night out.

Loved the creepy house vibe and the way the room ramps up early on. Our GM was kind and quick to help, and they even worked a little personalized touch for my friend. Not brutally hard, just enough to keep two of us busy the whole time. Flashlights could be brighter, but we still had a blast.

The team here was fantastic, the puzzles kept me interested, and they even splattered my name in fake blood as a personal touch. It made the experience feel tailored and fun.

Loved the old-school heist vibe and the vault reveal was slick. Puzzles chained nicely and the iPad nudges were spot-on without spoiling the fun.

My least favorite so far. With thin signposting, loads of red herrings, and chores pretending to be puzzles, it felt more irritating than fun. I wouldn’t bring first-timers, and veterans will likely be annoyed—the room needs a rethink.

The tablet hint system threw us off because picking the wrong puzzle hit us with a timeout. Once we got past that, the flow improved, but I missed a more hands-on game master guiding the arc.

Our host was sweet and jumped in when the hints stalled us. I liked the in-world notes, but the clue paths crossed in odd ways and the room never opens up beyond what you first see.
