Company Escape Long Beach

Phenomenal first escape room. We went straight for the hardest version and slipped out with minutes to spare. Puzzles were challenging but fair and the room felt immersive. AJ’s can-do energy made the whole win feel epic. Highly recommend.

Loved the atmosphere. It’s a smaller space—four players felt just right at the intermediate level, and we crushed it. Cool to play a role, and Julia made a fun stowaway twist happen. A few fresh puzzle ideas and a very different opening made it memorable. Can’t wait to try the Lab next.

That opening sequence hooked us instantly, and our GM kept the momentum rolling the whole time. Clever, non-linear puzzles with a few neat gadgets, all wrapped in moody Queen Mary vibes. Would happily sail this ghost ship again.

The opening is unique and easily my favorite part. Our GM—pretty sure it was Lizzie—was incredibly kind, bumped us to the harder mode, and put in extra effort to make it shine. Neat tech and antique vibes, though a few labeled items may break immersion for some. Small footprint, so skip big groups; it can be pricey for two, but we still had a great time.

Both of their games start in a unique way, and this one takes the crown for me. The set and props sell the world despite limited space. Puzzles stay on-theme and throw in some creative touches. If you’re in town, give it a go.

First escape room for my parents and we went bold on a higher difficulty. Our host was upbeat, super clear, and made us feel like pros. Tough but fair puzzles, great finish, huge smiles all around.

Immersive set, but it’s a tight squeeze and some progress came down to hunting rather than solving. One old lock was a bit temperamental, though staff jumped in fast. Still a fun, atmospheric hour.

Date night win. The cold open was so different, and the props felt authentic without being fragile. Small space means keep your team lean, but we had a blast and felt the challenge ramp just right.

Charming little room that shows its age in spots but still delivers. The gameplay isn’t linear, the puzzles are smart, and that introductory moment is downright adorable. We left smiling.

Kingsley was a blast—fun, charismatic, and set the tone for my mom’s birthday. Great pick for newbies, with scenery that pops and nods to Long Beach history. Already eyeing the Lab next.
