Alcatraz. Built-in 1920 to house America’s worst felons. In an island in the middle of the San Francisco Bay, it is famous for being inescapable. 33 men have made failed attempts to escape. Most were either caught, shot or drowned in the frigid waters. It is now June 11, 1962. You are Frank Morris, inmate AZ-1441. You have been in and have escaped from nearly every federal prison in the US. You were sent to the rock as your final resting place. But after 6 months of careful preparation and tedious planning, tonight is the night you make your escape.
