About the escape room

If there’s one thing that’s certain, its that technology has been advancing at an exponential pace. Just a quick look at the world around you is proof enough for any of us. One field of explosive growth is Artificial Intelligence. AI is changing the world for the better, and the Star Alliance Corporation has been investing in that future for a long time now.

Meet cAlvin.

cAIvin was the Star Alliances first venture into AI. The project began nearly fifteen years ago, when Dr Marcella first brought Calvin online. Calvin was developed entirely in a bunkered research facility, but due to funding issues, he was shutdown nearly 10 years ago. That’s why you are here! Calvin’s research needs to continue, so we need you to upload him to the internet, where his mind can expand, and our research team can run additional tests!

Navigator AI
A lively, AI-themed escape where you help upload cAlvin to the net and race a lab clock. Smart logic and personable hosts carry the experience, though some props feel past their prime.

AI Overview

AIPlayers consistently praise the friendly, hands-on staff and a theme that clicks once you get into the flow. The venue doubles as a party spot with karting and arcade add-ons, which boosts the fun factor for teens and groups. Complaints cluster around worn equipment, underused room space, and easily missed do-not-touch labels that can send teams off track. One review flags a frustrating booking mix-up with little on-site recovery.
WeaknessesProps and tools can feel old and finicky, and the rooms don’t always leverage their full space. Signage on non-game elements is easy to miss, which can break the sequence. There’s at least one report of a scheduling miscommunication.
StrengthsLogical puzzle flow and a cohesive AI story keep teams engaged. Game masters get shout-outs for being attentive and upbeat. Great fit for birthdays and group outings thanks to the wider entertainment complex.
SecurityThe space feels physically safe, but pay close attention to the briefing and any stickers so you don’t open out-of-play doors. Clearer markings would reduce accidental detours.
Level of fearNot a scare-fest; it reads more sci‑fi lab than horror. Teens and families should be comfortable.
Actors' gameStaff and game masters come across as energetic and supportive, with specific praise for individual hosts. That said, one group wished the GM had stepped in sooner when they exited the first room the wrong way.
Quality of riddlesThe logic is solid and mostly fair, with a straightforward progression once you’re on the right track. Variety is moderate rather than wild, leaning on clues over brute searching. Clarity can wobble if you miss small labels on non-game items.
PlotYou’re reviving Star Alliance’s first AI, cAlvin, and pushing his mind online so research can continue. Expect lab vibes and a tech-forward mission without heavy spoilers.
Difficulty levelMid-range difficulty, friendly to newer teams with hints. Enthusiasts may clear it briskly if they avoid off-path distractions.
