The beautiful Meridian is off for it’s first voyage since adding a state of the art defense system. As the first steam-powered submarine, everyone who is anyone wanted to be onboard ... and YOU were one of the few selected! You have just stepped foot into the drawing room of the submarine. All the doors have locked behind you and you are now under way on another voyage. Wait, did you hear that noise? Shortly after the Meridian begins it’s dive, it becomes very apparent that you are not alone in the depths of the sea. Whatever is out there seems determined to destroy the Meridian with everyone aboard, including you. Your only hope is to start the engine and engage the self defense weapons the Meridian has installed. If only there were some directions

Brief assessment
from Navigator AI
Climb aboard a lush, steampunk submarine with an in-character host and race to power up the Meridian before the deep claims it. It’s more swashbuckling adventure than scare, and it pairs nicely with a night out in downtown Gresham.

Overview of artificial intelligence

AIGuests consistently praise the beautiful set design and say they had a blast, with several planning to return. One review specifically calls the submarine room’s performer a standout. A seasoned enthusiast slammed the puzzles as cliché, so feedback skews positive but a bit split on gameplay depth.
WeaknessesA veteran player called the puzzles overused and poorly designed. If you crave novel mechanics and high difficulty, it may feel familiar.
StrengthsImmersive, well-decorated room that sells the submarine fantasy. Friendly staff and an actor who stays in character add charm. Handy downtown location near food and drinks for an easy night out.
SecurityReviews don’t mention specific safety procedures. Doors lock as part of the story; if you have concerns, ask the venue about emergency access and accommodations.
Level of fearLeans adventure over horror, with suspense from the undersea threat rather than jump scares. Should be fine for most ages comfortable with light tension.
Actors' gameMultiple guests mention an in-character host in the submarine who elevates the room. Interaction feels welcoming and helps keep momentum.
Quality of riddlesCasual and newer groups report having fun, while at least one expert player found the puzzles cliché and underwhelming. Expect approachable, theme-led tasks rather than intricate, novelty-heavy logic.
PlotYou’re on the maiden voyage of the steam-powered Meridian when something outside decides you shouldn’t be. Fire up the engine and activate the defense systems before it’s too late.
Difficulty levelBeginner-friendly, good for mixed-experience groups. Puzzle veterans may find it too easy or tropey.
