This program replaced all the real living birds with highly sophisticated surveillance drones, which still watch us to this day. To simplify - Birds no longer exist in the U.S. as a biological lifeform, thus, Birds Aren’t Real! You and your team has discovered this bunker and have gained access to its secrets. Now you must choose.....do you hide the government's secret or do you expose this secret and hold our leaders accountable.
