Extinction Level Event

Rick Newton worked for a major technology company in the 80s' as a Senior Engineering Tech. In 1986 his mental health started to decline and he feared that the artificial technology he had developed was going to destroy mankind in 20 years. During this mental breakdown, he lost his job at Summit Technologies and had started taking over. After much calculation, he determined the exact date of the apocalypse and had discovered how to stop it in its tracks. Unfortunately, he went missing before he could stop it.
