The Witch's Cabin

Deep in the dark forest, a cabin lies abandoned and yet passers will say they here screams and see an ominous red glow from its dark windows. Every instinct tells you to run and flee. And yet here you are, can not help yourself being drawn to it, calling your name. “You can’t find if you’re trying. I only saw the cabin when I got lost! It felt like I was walking in circles trying to get away from it. It just had this ominous feel to it, like something dark happened there.” “Some say an old witch used to live there. She could be seen moving about from the shadows cast on her windows and the smoke billowing from her chimney. But that was all ages ago, there’s no way she could still be alive…could she? “I don’t want to get anywhere near that place. I came across it only once and it felt like every sense of joy had left my body. I swear I heard scratching sounds from the walls! I can’t get that sound out of my head.”
