So it only makes sense that we would have to have a room dedicated to this phenomenal man! His feats of amazement during his career are numerous, and not just as an escape artist. Houdini started off as a magician, so he labeled himself “The King of Cards”. As his career transitioned into death defying escape achievements, subsequently he fancied calling himself “The King of Handcuffs”. Being a honorable man he felt his reputation was possibly at stake because of these frauds. So, He frequently attended séances in disguise in order to expose the mediums. Also, he was appointed to be on a committee of fellow psychic investigators that were assigned the duty of examining facts and establishing the truth of the mediums business practices.
