Company Riddle Me This Escape Rooms

This room is challenging and quite linear, with lots of locks and codes plus some math. A few puzzles pushed me to think differently, and fans of The Office will enjoy the story touches. Ace, our GM, nailed the timing on hints. I’d recommend a smaller adult group given the style and difficulty. We had a great time.

Love the theme here, but be warned: it’s non-linear and tough. My husband and I consider ourselves strong solvers and we almost didn’t make it. They say it’s their hardest room, and it feels like it—come ready.

We’ve visited three times over the years and always had a great experience. Game masters are patient and helpful, and the rooms are fun and challenging. David ran our Bank Heist game with gentle hints when we needed them. We’ll be back for Rock Star next year.

Didn’t realize how much the host sets the tone until now—ours felt checked out, with long silences between hints that made things muddled. We usually finish rooms, but this time I wouldn’t spend $160 again for that experience.

We loved Asylum and Family Secrets, but Rockstar really missed for us. It felt half-finished with minimal decor, little creativity, and tons of pictures and notes instead of interactive elements. The flow was messy, so the 10/10 difficulty felt more like chaos than challenge. Underwhelming overall.

Not the flashiest room around, but the puzzle design shines—layered, tough, and super satisfying. Perfectly tense without tipping into too spooky, and Darren was outstanding.

My wife, daughter, and I played Rock Star and found it fun, challenging, and immersive. Samantha was one of the best game masters we’ve had anywhere. We own an escape room and can say Room Escape USA is worth the visit—go enjoy their games.

Our big friend group did Bank Heist at the Regency Mall and loved it. David guided us with timely nudges whenever we stalled, and the challenges were tough but fun to crack together. Easy recommendation, especially if David’s on duty.

Staff were kind, encouraging, and spot-on with hints when we actually needed them. They even tossed us an extra minute when we were inches from the finish, which made the victory feel epic.
